LONDON FOR THE WEEKEND

So my time in Italy has ended but it was surely a semester that changed my life forever! Now I'm off on a new adventure in Scotland, working for Lyon &Turnbull, an art suction house in downtown Edinburgh. I am staying with an amazing family here in Scotland who makes me feel like I'm right at home. After a minor chaotic incident with my bags and flight delays from the eruption of the Iceland volcano, I finally made it to Scotland late last week and was only in town for a few days before I took a train down to London for my interview with Sotheby's, and I am very excited to say that I received the internship! I will be working in the 19c. European Painting Department this coming fall from September-December. I will write more about my amazing new internships later (I start work for Lyon and Turnbull tomorrow and I must get a good night's sleep!
