JUST BARELY AFTER SUNRISEThe next day we woke up early, barely before the sun had risen and we traveled to Cannes. it was already warm and sunny outside.
LAYING ON THE FRENCH BEACH Caroline and I planned on a long relaxing beautiful day on the beach. we wore our swimsuits under our clothes and set out with a good book to relax and enjoy the French sunshine. The beach was absolutely beautiful and the water was such a gorgeous blue.
CAROLINE AT LUNCHWe got a few coupons for restaurants nearby which were issued to us through our school. One of them that caught my eye right away was for sushi, my absolute favorite food in the world! So around noon Caroline and I headed to a delicious lunch.

Next we decided to walk along the port and look into the antique market and marvel at the beautiful boats.
THE ANTIQUE MARKET
We wandered into the beautiful antique market and I found some old army hats and badges that I knew my Dad would love. I took a few pictures right after the man selling them started yelling at me and shooing me away since it was obvious I wasn't going to buy anything!

CIAO CANNESAfter a long luxurious day roaming around Cannes and laying on the beach, we headed back to Nice for the night to wake up the next morning and spend the day in Monaco before heading back it Italy.
